主要功能和特點：
Main Structure Features:
鋼板焊接機身，組合式框（kuàng）架結構；JB31-250A及以下（xià）噸位為整體結構（gòu）機身
Detachable steel welded frame with high rigidity except JB31-250A and JD31-160
滑塊超長（zhǎng）導軌導向，導向精度高（gāo）；
The cam-block is guided in super long guide rail with high guiding precision
幹式（shì）氣動分（fèn）體式離（lí）合器製動器，結合、製動力大，壽命長、安（ān）全可（kě）靠、維修方便
Part revolusion pneumatic friction clutch and brake , with large braking torque, long service life, low noise and convenient for maintenance
液壓過載保護（hù）裝置，過載（zǎi）自動緊（jǐn）急停車，保護壓（yā）力機及模具的（de）安全（quán）
Hydraulic overload protection device and overload automatic emergency stop, protect press and mold safety
JD31-500及以下（xià）噸（dūn）位壓力機為機動濃（nóng）油潤滑，JD31-630B及以上（shàng）噸位壓力機為全自動集中稀油潤滑；
JD31-500 and press of lower tonnage adopt mobiles concentrated oil lubrication, while JD31-630B and press of above tonnage adopts all-automatic collective thin oil lubrication;
裝模高度電（diàn）動調整，數字顯示，調（diào）模方便
