主（zhǔ）要功能和特點：
Main Structure Features:
鋼（gāng）板焊接機身，組合式框（kuàng）架結（jié）構；JB31-250A及以下噸位為整體（tǐ）結構（gòu）機身
Detachable steel welded frame with high rigidity except JB31-250A and JD31-160
滑塊超長導軌導向，導向（xiàng）精度高；
The cam-block is guided in super long guide rail with high guiding precision
幹式氣動分體式離合器製動器，結合、製（zhì）動力大，壽命長、安全可（kě）靠、維修方便
Part revolusion pneumatic friction clutch and brake , with large braking torque, long service life, low noise and convenient for maintenance
液壓過載保護（hù）裝置，過載自動緊（jǐn）急停（tíng）車，保護壓（yā）力機及模具的安全
Hydraulic overload protection device and overload automatic emergency stop, protect press and mold safety
JD31-500及以下噸位壓力機為機動濃油潤滑，JD31-630B及以上噸位壓力機為全自（zì）動集中（zhōng）稀油潤滑；
JD31-500 and press of lower tonnage adopt mobiles concentrated oil lubrication, while JD31-630B and press of above tonnage adopts all-automatic collective thin oil lubrication;
裝模（mó）高度電動調整，數字顯示，調模方便
