J31 series straight-side single point press
主要功能和（hé）特（tè）點：
Main Structure Features:
鋼板焊接機身，組合（hé）式框架結構；JB31-250A及以下噸位為整體結構機身（shēn）
Detachable steel welded frame with high rigidity except JB31-250A and JD31-160
滑塊超長導軌導向，導向精度高；
The cam-block is guided in super long guide rail with high guiding precision
幹式氣動分體式離合器製動器，結合、製動力大，壽命長、安全可靠、維修方（fāng）便
Part revolusion pneumatic friction clutch and brake , with large braking torque, long service life, low noise and convenient for maintenance
液壓過載保護裝置，過載自動緊急停車，保護壓力（lì）機及模具的安全
Hydraulic overload protection device and overload automatic emergency stop, protect press and mold safety
JD31-500及以下噸位壓力機為機動濃油潤滑，JD31-630B及以上噸位壓力機為全自動集中稀（xī）油潤滑；
JD31-500 and press of lower tonnage adopt mobiles concentrated oil lubrication, while JD31-630B and press of above tonnage adopts all-automatic collective thin oil lubrication;
裝（zhuāng）模高度電動（dòng）調整，數字顯示，調模方便（biàn）
Die height is adjusted electrically, which is shown in digits for convenient mold adjustment
PLC 電氣控（kòng）製，具有急停、寸動、單次、連續操作規範
