主要功能和特點：
Main Structure Features:
鋼板焊接機身，組（zǔ）合式框架結構（gòu）；JB31-250A及（jí）以下噸位為整體結構機身
Detachable steel welded frame with high rigidity except JB31-250A and JD31-160
滑塊超長（zhǎng）導軌導向，導向精度高；
The cam-block is guided in super long guide rail with high guiding precision
幹（gàn）式氣動（dòng）分體式離合器製動器，結合、製動力大，壽命（mìng）長、安全可靠（kào）、維修方便
Part revolusion pneumatic friction clutch and brake , with large braking torque, long service life, low noise and convenient for maintenance
液壓過載（zǎi）保護裝（zhuāng）置，過載自動緊（jǐn）急停車，保護壓力機及模具的安全
Hydraulic overload protection device and overload automatic emergency stop, protect press and mold safety
JD31-500及以下噸位壓力機為機動濃油潤滑，JD31-630B及以上噸位壓力機（jī）為（wéi）全自動集中稀油潤滑；
JD31-500 and press of lower tonnage adopt mobiles concentrated oil lubrication, while JD31-630B and press of above tonnage adopts all-automatic collective thin oil lubrication;
裝模高度電動調整，數字（zì）顯示，調（diào）模方便
